Charitable Requests

UCF Athletics prides itself on being an active member of the Orlando community. However, due to the high volume of requests for donations each year, we ask that charitable organizations provide us with the following information regarding their donation requests.

When submitting a donation request, please:

1. Include contact information, the name of the event, the date of the event, the location of the event, and the individuals that the proceeds of the event are going to benefit
2. Submit requests on official letterhead of the organization from which the request is being made
3. Send your request directly to the Sports Marketing department:

Processing Time
Once submitted, our department will begin to process your requests. The average processing time is 7-10 business days. We try to accommodate as many organizations as possible. If we are unable to provide our assistance to your event, you will be notified by mail.

Pick-up
All items must be picked up at the Sports Marketing office, which is located at:
4000 Central Florida Boulevard
Wayne Densch Sports Center, Building #39
Orlando, FL 32816
