2005-06: Competed in all seven meets...was UCF's No. 1 runner throughout the season...grabbed a spot on the 2005 Conference USA Third Team...finished 16th in a time of 25:36.05 during his collegiate debut at the Gator Invitational...established a freshman school record at the Lakefront Invitational, completing the 8K in 25:15...posted a time of 25:39.06 to take top honors at the Disney Classic... also earned first place at the Stetson Invitational...received C-USA Male Athlete of the Week honors for two consecutive weeks for his efforts...broke his own school record, running the 8K in 25:12.66 to place 13th at the C-USA Championship...effort also ranked second best overall in the UCF record books...finished in the top 50 at the NCAA South Regional with a time of 32:08.80.
Prior to UCF: Graduated from Jacksonville's Bishop Kenny High School...two-time district and regional champion in cross country...squad won the 2A State Championship in both 2002 & 2003...was the No. 1 runner for BKHS team that was ranked 19th in the nation his junior year...earned the 2005 conference, district and state championships in the 3200m...posted the second fastest time in school history in the 5K and 3200m.
