Courtside, Club Level and Suite Level ticket availability is limited. Please contact the UCFAA Ticket Sales Office for more information.

Away Game Tickets
To get tickets for away games on the Knights 2009-10 basketball schedule, please contact the opponent school directly.

UCF Faculty Staff Tickets
UCF Faculty/Staff members can purchase season tickets at a reduced rate. To purchase Faculty/Staff tickets, please contact our Ticket Sales Office at 407-823-1000.

Lost/Destroyed Tickets
All tickets should be treated like cash. The UCFAA Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. A $5 re-print fee must be paid for first duplicate set of season tickets as well as any thereafter. Duplicates will only be issued for reserved season tickets and requested the week of the event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the UCFAA Ticket Office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

UCF Arena Parking Garages
Garage F: Golden Knights Club donors and Premium Seating with Garage F parking pass
Garage D: $5 (other lots/garages will be ticketed)
UCF Students: free in Garage D with valid student parking decal
Guests w/disabilities: valid disabled hang-tag/license plate in Garage D and Garage F

Children/Infant Admission Policy
Everyone ages two (2) years and above must have a ticket to enter the UCF Arena. Any child under two (2) must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.

Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.

UCF Student Tickets
UCF Students are admitted FREE to regular season men's basketball home games. Each student must present a valid ID card at the designated student entrance on the west side of the UCF Arena for admission. Tickets are not needed; all student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability. Just show your ID card for admittance.

UCF Student ID cards are NOT valid for admission to Conference Championship or NCAA postseason related events.
