Prior to UCF... Attended Pineview High School but competed for Riverview High School, where she ran for the cross country and track teams...four-time Sarasota All-Area...finished in the top 30 at the state level during her freshman season...posted a freshman record in the 5K at 19:58...took 14th at the state championships during her sophomore season...won the regional and county titles and took 11th at the state championships as a senior...ran a personal-best 19:13 that year as she received the MVP and Coaches Awards...a member of the creative writing and environmental clubs. |
